Printed Folding Cartons and Product Boxes

Folding cartons are the everyday workhorse of retail packaging. We print them on 300 to 450 gsm board with matt, gloss or soft-touch lamination, then crease, die-cut and glue them into tuck-top, tuck-end, reverse-tuck and auto-bottom formats. They suit socks packaging cards, cosmetics, hardware, stationery and small electronics, and they fold flat so freight and warehousing cost stays low.

Rigid Gift Boxes and Premium Packaging

For premium presentation we build rigid boxes with mounted board walls, wrapped in printed paper or specialty stock, with foam, EVA or paperboard inserts cut to hold the product. Corrugated Mailer and Shipping Boxes

For e-commerce and export shipping we produce corrugated mailer boxes in E-flute and B-flute board with printed exteriors and optional printed interiors. Mailers are die-cut and glued so they assemble without tape, and they can be sized to your product to reduce void fill and dimensional weight charges. Die-Cut Window Boxes, Sleeves and Trays

Window boxes and printed sleeves let the product sell itself. We cut custom dies for window cartons, pillow boxes, trays, tuck-top boxes and slide sleeves, and we can add clear film windows, foil borders and spot UV. Printed folding cartons start from 500 boxes per design, rigid gift boxes from 250 pieces and corrugated mailer boxes from 100 units. Bulk export runs of 50,000 boxes or more are produced on the same press.

Can your boxes survive export shipping and handling?

Yes. We build export packaging from E-flute and B-flute corrugated board with glued or taped seams, and we advise on board grade, stacking strength and pallet configuration so the cartons hold shape through courier, air freight and sea freight.

Can you print labels, stickers and inserts for the same order?
